Welcome to Save Dubai's fazaa card program. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our discount card services, website, and related offerings. By purchasing, activating, or using the fazaa card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "We," "us," "our," and "Save Dubai" refer to the company operating the fazaa card program.
• "You," "your," and "member" refer to the individual or entity purchasing or using the fazaa card.
• "Fazaa card" or "card" refers to the physical and/or digital discount card issued by Save Dubai.
• "Partner establishments" refers to businesses that have agreed to offer discounts or special offers to fazaa card members.

3. Membership and Card Usage

3.1 Eligibility

To purchase and use the fazaa card, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate personal information during registration.

3.2 Card Activation

Your fazaa card must be activated according to the instructions provided with your purchase. Digital cards are typically activated immediately upon successful payment, while physical cards may require additional activation steps.

3.3 Card Validity

Your fazaa card is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase, typically one year from the activation date unless otherwise stated. The expiration date will be clearly marked on physical cards and visible in your digital account.

3.4 Non-Transferability

Your fazaa card is personal and non-transferable. Only the registered cardholder may use the card to access benefits. Partner establishments may request identification to verify card ownership.

3.5 Family Usage

For plans that include family benefits, specific terms regarding authorized users will be provided with your membership details.

4. Discounts and Offers

4.1 Partner Establishment Responsibility

All goods and services are provided by independent partner establishments, not by Save Dubai. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the offerings provided by these establishments.

4.2 Offer Availability

Offers and discounts are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain blackout dates or restrictions may apply as determined by individual partner establishments.

4.3 Usage Limitations

Some offers may have usage limitations, such as "once per visit" or "maximum savings amount." These limitations will be specified in the offer details available on our website and mobile application.

4.4 Combination with Other Offers

Unless explicitly stated, fazaa card discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or special pricing from the partner establishments.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Membership Fees

The membership fee for your selected fazaa card tier will be clearly displayed before purchase. All fees are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All payment information is securely processed through our payment providers.

5.3 Renewal

Your membership will not automatically renew. You will receive notification before your membership expires with options to renew.

6. Refund Policy

7. Value Guarantee

7.1 Savings Guarantee

If you don't save at least twice the value of your card investment within the first 90 days of activation, we will extend your membership for free as specified in our guarantee terms.

7.2 Claiming the Guarantee

To claim the guarantee, you must maintain a record of your savings through our tracking system or provide receipts demonstrating your usage and savings amounts. Claims must be submitted within 100 days of card activation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile application, and related materials, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Save Dubai or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the fazaa card after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the fazaa card or related services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
